Rumor: Levi’s Renews at…Levi’s Plaza

Rumor has it that Levi’s has finalized a lease renewal at Levi’s Plaza (1155 Battery Street), in which they occupy 354,797 square feet as their current headquarters. The term is 10 years, with an average rental rate of $37.00 per square foot per year over the length of the lease. They received $45 per square foot as a tenant improvement allowance from the landlord, Gerson Bakar & Associates and also gave back roughly 120,000 square feet.

The San Francisco Business Times had originally stated that Levi’s was eyeing a move out of San Francisco, which they later redacted in a follow-up article.
